In 1995, Dean Hyers and Mike Koenigs formed a joint venture company with Distributor Navarre Corporation to create CD-ROM Entertainment Products. After creating 3 products, Hyers & Koenigs profitably sold Digital Entertainment to Navarre Corporation in 1996, and continued through Digital Café to co-develop the A & E Biographies Series on CD with Navarre Corporation.
This site will evolve over the months of March and April of 2002, to explore the products created through this joint venture, including the Virtual Cop Series (a CD-ROM Video Comic Book), an Enhanced CD series including Todd Rungren and the BackStage music series, which was the first commercial Enhanced CD Series created.
